Stop Starting Over: 7-Day Scoring Challenge
How It Works
01
Setup
Choose what to track and define the “rules of your game”
02
Play
Play for a higher score by building structure and reducing collapse behaviors (5 minutes/day)
03
Assess
After 7 days, identify what worked, what didn’t, and what your loop actually is
04
Iterate
Repeat the challenge, iterate, and raise your standard to create systematic progression
At the End, you will have a better understanding of the Behaviors holding you back and a week 2 plan
The Progress Theory Program
What Changes
By the end of 12 weeks, you’ll have:
A weekly plan you actually execute with a high rate of completion
A daily structure that doesn’t require motivation
A progression system that makes progress visible and engaging
Fewer “collapse/reset” days
Faster recovery from and greater resiliency to regression
A clear path forward so you keep making steady, consistent progress
Who This Is For
This is for you if:
You start strong, then sabotage yourself, feel the shame, and reset
You believe you have high potential, but are repeatedly derailed by compulsive loops and behavioral spirals
You’ve “reset” your life more times than you can count
You’re tired of plans that rely on fleeting motivation
You want a tangible system, not hype
This is not for you if:
You want quick fixes or instant change
You refuse tracking or structure
You aren’t willing to put in at least 30 minutes/day
Why I built This
I built Progress Theory after years of cycling between intense motivation and extreme self-destruction. It took me years of effort and analysis to break my negative patterns, build stronger beliefs, and consistently take the actions that are turning me into the man I want to become. What changed wasn’t willpower — it was installing a progression system that made my behavior measurable and my growth repeatable. Now, I am turning that system into a Step 1 framework for driven men in their 20’s who keep starting over.
